Heat Treatment Plant for Grinding Balls
Brief Introduction
HX series heat treatment plant adopts hydraulic driving with stable and reliable running with many years’ experience in design and manufacture of similar products. PLC intelligence control program, has the characteristics of safe and energy-saving ,highly automatic and high production efficiency.
Heat treatment plant can be used to do the quenching (air, water and oil and the other quench media),and tempering for different alloyed castings, like casting grinding balls, Hi-Mn alloyed hammer, liners etc.
The working process is fully automatic, one operator is enough.
First loading the grinding media balls into the baskets, put the basket in front of the furnace loading door and waiting to be pushed into the furnace. Then pushed filled balls baskets into the furnace plant for heating. Heating zone has preheating section and heat preservation section. Afterwards, the heating balls pushed out of the furnace and with the help of the upender, the hot balls falls into the quenching tank and start to quench in the media. Quenching time can set according to client’s requirements. After that, balls lifted by the shaker and loading. The quenching process is finished.
Quenched grinding balls loaded in the tempering baskets and pushed the filled baskets into the heating furnace for tempering. After certain hours, the balls come out and packaging.

After-sales service
1) Overseas service: Installation, commissioning, and training will be provided by Hexin team.
2) The whole plant guarantee period is one year except for the wearing parts and artificial damage.

3) Layout designing: Hexin technician can give the design service based on the client’s workshop
